Genie9 (formerly Genie-soft) has updated its lineup of data backup and restore software to version 2013. The software include Genie Timeline Free 2013, Genie Timeline Home 2013 and Genie Timeline Professional 2013. Last year, we’ve covered Genie Timeline Free 2012. So in this post, we are going to look at what’s new in version 2013 of the freeware. Read on.
To recap, Genie Timeline Free is an easy-to-use, also a set-it-and-forget backup tool that enables you to backup the data in your Windows system and store them on your local drive or external drive. The freeware supports incremental backup, meaning that the application will monitor changes to data and automatically backup any new and modified files if it finds one. FYI, the minimum interval between each backup is 8 hours. For Home and Professional editions, you can take backups every 30 minutes and 3 minutes respectively.
What’s new in Genie Timeline Free 2013?
