SSDownloader is a download manager, that is specially designed to download security software application like antivirus, firewall and malware removal software from one interface. This download manager is similar to the Anti-Malware Toolkit, which I’ve introduced here about a year ago.
Instead of wasting time and energy searching through the internet to download the security programs (be it free or trial versions) for your computer, you can find all those security programs in one place using SSDownloader.
SSDownloader is portable. Just double-click the executable file to launch the download manager. In the main window of SSDownloader, you can find security applications from free anti-virus to trial security suites and anti-virus, from malware removal software to firewall applications. Plus, you can download other essential programs like CCleaner, Process Explorer, WinPatrol and Unlocker.
Clicking on the “?” to the right of each application will reveal information and features of the program.
Tick the security applications that you want to download, then click the Download button to start downloading the setup installer for the selected applications. Once the download process has completed, you will see a notification.
You don’t have to worry about the downloaded application’s compatibility issue because SSDownloader will download the right and the newest versions of your selected applications. Every time you launch SSDownloader, the download manager will check for new versions and automatically update the download links.
