Screen lock pattern are popular among smartphone users. If you are wondering if such screen lock is also available for Windows, the answer is YES! 🙂
Eusing Maze Lock is a freeware that brings the screen lock pattern to your Windows. It doesn’t replace the default Windows lock screen, but rather provides an additional new pattern based lock screen.
After successful installation, what you need to do is to set your own unique unlock pattern on either a 3×3, 4×4 or 5×5 grid of dots. Make sure you remember the unlock pattern you set. There is an option to backup your pattern. If you haven’t figure out the unlock pattern, you can always stick first with the default unlock pattern on 3×3 grid.
You can manually lock the screen by clicking on the software icon at the system tray or you can let the screen to auto lock after a specified time. You can also use hotkey combination of Win + A.
In the Settings, you can configure the screen to auto lock at Windows startup, disable internet connection when the lock screen appears, lock keyboard, turn off monitor after a specified idle time and set the alert mode after a number of incorrect pattern inputs. You can explore all the options under the General tab.
The Background tab as the name suggests, giving you the ability to change the background image of the lock screen. There is an option to use transparent background.
