MetroTextual, a freeware metro UI text and code editor that we’ve previously reviewed, has been updated to version 1.1.
Let’s find out what’s new in the minimalist and lightweight text editor.
Among the new features and improvements are the support for drag and drop text editing, better multilingual support (now supports Turkish and Russian) and improved character encoding support.
In addition to that, you can change the font size (at last!) from the Settings window.
Also, color picker tool is added to HTML editor.
MetroTextual is designed to work on Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista, XP and Windows 2000 operating systems. Requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.
