To extract the text from PDF files, simply launch the application. Then, browse the PDF files by clicking the “Add File” or “Add Folder” button. Finally, click the “Convert” button to run the text extraction process. The output or the extracted text is saved to the plain text files. Note that the text file does not preserve any formatting information of the source PDF file.
