At the event, HTC Malaysia has announced a few exciting rollouts to improve consumer experience hand-in-hand with the “Here’s to Change” campaign. FYI, the campaign is the company’s latest global rebranding effort to raise awareness among consumers towards the Taiwanese mobile phone maker.  It kicked off last month with first advertisement featuring Robert Downey Jr. on HTC. More ads will follow.

To support the campaign in Malaysia, HTC Malaysia has introduced the HTC Switch Program. It will helps educate HTC retailers and consumers on the user friendly transfer tools on HTC devices. There are four transfer tools to make switching to HTC smartphones a breeze – HTC Transfer Tool (downloadable from Google Play), HTC Sync Manager, web-based HTC Get Started and HTC Backup.

In addition to that, HTC has a new customer service through the introduction of a new HTC Careline at 1800 88 9855 for their customers. Customers with device issues can send their devices to be diagnosed and repaired by simply contacting the HTC Careline without leaving the comfort of home. HTC personnel will collect the device from the customer and have it sent back to them once it is completed.
