On November 16, Yahoo has announced the release of the first beta version of it’s upcoming instant messaging application, the Yahoo! Messenger 11.
The new Yahoo Messenger 11 Beta comes with a number of cool new features. One of them is the integration of social games in Yahoo Messenger. With the integration, you can now play a series of popular social games like Fishville and Mafia Wars from Zynga, Balloono, Pool, Draw My Thing from OMGPOP and Happy Harvest as well as Happy Manor from Elex, directly from Yahoo Messenger. And yes, you can play those games with your friends! 🙂
Furthermore, you can now share your social status updates on Yahoo, Facebook and Twitter, right within the Yahoo Messenger.
Also, through Yahoo Messenger, you can read social updates (on Twitter, Facebook) from all your friends and contacts. Plus, you can chat with your Facebook friends on Facebook Chat, right from Yahoo Messenger.
