Panda Cloud Antivirus is finally out of beta. The version 1.0 has arrived and available for download. Cloud Antivirus is the first free cloud-based antivirus thin-client and is different from traditional anti-virus software as it consists of a lightweight antivirus agent that is connected to the web, in real-time to PandaLabs’ Collective Intelligence servers to protect your computer faster against the newest malware variants.
So if you have any of the previous versions of Cloud Antivirus installed on your PC (Beta1, Beta2 or Beta3), you need to first uninstall your current version and reboot your computer, then only you can download and install the new Cloud Antivirus version 1.o.
You need to have an account to be able to use Cloud Antivirus. If you already have an account from Beta3, you can use the same one. Otherwise the installer will prompt you to create a Cloud Antivirus account. It’s free to create the account.
Cloud Antivirus is compatible with Windows XP, Vista and 7.
