IObit has released the first public beta of its upcoming all-in-one Windows optimization application, the Advanced SystemCare 6 Beta 1.0. The beta is now available for download for free at Majorgeeks.com.
In Advanced SystemCare 6 Beta, you will notice a fresh new look. You would agree that the new interface looks much cleaner than the current version 5, plus everything fits nicely in place. The application has two different modes – Simplified (for novice users) and Expert (for advanced users). By default, it shows Simplified mode.
In Simplified mode, you will notice all the tools (12 of them) to help you clean up clutter and browsing tracks from your system, perform malware scan, optimize your system and internet speed, fix various vulnerabilities and much more. Simply select the options that you want to perform, and click the “Scan” button.
And this is the Expert mode with full access to all available components and tools.
Other than revamped interface, the application brings two notable features. They are the Surfing Protection and Performance Monitor.
Surfing Protection is enabled by default and is installed on major web browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer) as an extension, to ensure safe surfing on the net. It works much like AVG’s LinkScanner, at which you will see a safety rating for each link in your search results. The green tick symbol means the link is safe to visit.
On the other hand, the new Performance Monitor comes in the form of a widget, and it enables you to monitor, at a glance, the performance of your system (CPU, Disk, RAM and Network) in real-time. There are a few quick and handy launches that reside in the widget. Note that the Performance Monitor is not enabled by default. You can go to Settings to enable it.
