Finally, the Microsoft very own branded Surface Pro tablet is now on sale in Malaysia. The price starts from RM 2,749. Interested consumers can test drive or purchase the tablet at selected retail outlets throughout the country. FYI, one and half month ago Microsoft has brought in the ARM-based Surface RT to Malaysia.
The Windows 8-based Surface Pro comes in two models with storage size of 64GB and 128GB. The 64GB model costs RM 2,749 and RM 3,049 for 128GB. Both models have an integrated kickstand and a Surface pen with Palm Block technology.
The touch cover is sold separately for RM 379. There are five colors to choose from – black, white, cyan, red and magenta. Red and magenta are two new color options. Meanwhile, the black type cover is priced at RM 409. Both touch/type cover has a fully functioning keyboard and trackpad.
