Two days back, Gameloft has released the first content update to Asphalt 8 Airborne game on Android’s Google Play and Apple App Store. Besides the update, the developer has decided to switch the popular car racing game from paid version with pricing of $0.99 to free-to-play version. Wow, that’s good or what?
Since making the debut back in August, Asphalt 8 Airborne has been made available as free download for limited time twice. One in September and another last month. Both offers were for iOS users. With the latest movement from Gameloft, users don’t have to pay a dime to play Asphalt 8 Airborne on Android or iOS. Good job, Gameloft!
In the latest update, Gameloft has added a new car from Renault – the Clio R.S. to the game. Plus, watch out from new cars as they will appear at any moment, according to the developer. On top of that, there are new limited-time cups with bigger prizes to win. It includes credits, upgrades and exclusive cars.

The multiplayer world series gets 7 new reverse tracks, including Nevada, Iceland and more. Gameloft promises faster matchmaking in the multiplayer. Others include new boosters like Tuning Kit, Nitro and Double Credits, plus the ability to rearrange your touch controls.
