Turn off Alarm Clock on Android with the Wave of a Hand1 min read

Forget about turning off your Android alarm the usual way.

Wave Alarm is a free Android app that outsmarts your ordinary alarm clock. By just moving your hand (or any part of your body) over the screen, the alarm will go off instantly. And that’s what people called gesture (motion)  control. 🙂

The app has most if not all the features that you can expect from an alarm clock. You are able set the music tone for each alarm, configure to repeat every day, weekly or on specific days of the week, toggle on/off snooze and vibrate. You can choose to dismiss snooze by pressing on screen button or picking up the phone. Wave Alarm also works as a timer.

In the Settings tab, you can adjust the camera sensitivity to increase its detection.

Next time when the alarm goes off, just wave your hand to turn it off. Just don’t forget to wake up after that. Lol!
