At last, the long-awaited third generation of ASUS-built smartphone and tablet hybrid, otherwise known as Padfone Infinity is coming to our shore by the end of this month. Yes, it is taking quite some time for the device to hit Malaysia, close to seven months after the device making its first appearance at MWC 2013 in February this year. And we heard that ASUS is preparing itself to unveil the next generation Padfone Infinity in less than a week time.
Padfone Infinity will carry a price tag of RM 2,699 for 32GB model bundled with Padfone Infinity Station. No idea if ASUS Malaysia will be selling Padfone Infinity alone without the Station.
The improvements that Padfone Infinity have over its predecessor Padfone 2, include a larger 5-inch full HD screen display with faster quad-core processor (Snapdragon 600), LTE connectivity, runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean while its 10.1-inch Station tablet features full HD display. Full specs here.
