Uniblue has announced the latest upgrade to its award-winning series of PC optimization application suite. The Uniblue Powersuite is now updated to version 2014. Read on to learn all the new features and improvements.
In Uniblue Powersuite 2014, you should notice some visual improvements to the interface. The major components are now trimmed into only two sections (previously three). They are Live Speed Tools and PC Optimization. Apparently, the System Optimization and Disk Optimization in version 2013 are now grouped together, under the new name of PC Optimization. In Live Speed Tools, there is one newly added tool called the Hard Disk Usage Manager. The tool when enabled, will evenly distribute hard disk usage in your system.
Besides the newly improved interface, other new features and improvements include :
- Even better In-Product Help: Powersuite now includes help screen overlays that will provide a thorough A-Z guide for users. The contextual screens are triggered automatically upon accessing Powersuite for the first time. Users also have the option to launch these screens manually should they require any further assistance.
- New Scorecards: The new Scorecard feature gives users the opportunity to gauge the results and benefits rendered by Powersuite over time. With a dedicated icon in the top menu, users can access their Scorecard at any time they wish.
- Improved Speed Tools: Powersuite’s Live Speed Tools have been redesigned from the ground up to give overall PC performance an even bigger turbo boost than ever before. The Live Speed Tools can be scheduled to work quietly in the background for round-the-clock optimization.
The Uniblue Powersuite 2014 is available as Pro as well as free version, both compatible with Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista and XP. The pro version costs $59.95 to purchase for 1 year subscription. Meanwhile the free version is known as Powersuite Lite 2014.
