ModernLogin is a free screensaver for Windows 7, Vista and XP, that brings the look and feel of the Windows 8 lock screen to your desktop.
The screensaver features a background image and includes details such as the date and time at the bottom left of the screen. That’s all. To unlock the screen, you can use the normal way of hitting the ESC button on your keyboard. Or try something cool like swiping your mouse upward.
As for the settings, you can change the background, text color (black or white), clock type (12 or 24 hour system), order of date and language.
In order to use ModernLogin, you need to copy the downloaded ModernLogin.scr file to C:/Windows/system32. Then only you can configure the screensaver.
