Android Ice Cream Sandwich Skin Pack for Windows 72 min read

Deviantart user, ~hameddanger has a lot of transformation pack to offer to users of Windows 7. Previously, we have (so far) mentioned about two skin packs, they are the Lion Skin Pack (turns Windows 7 to Mac OS X Lion) and the Halloween Skin Pack. Today, we are going to bring the Android Skin Pack to you.

The Android Skin Pack will turn your Windows 7 to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) look-alike. FYI, ICS is the latest mobile OS from Google.

Android Skin Pack is easy to setup. After download, extract the skin pack executable file from the zip file. Then, run the executable file.

Note : the User Account Control (UAC) need to be disabled and make sure close all the running applications on your Windows.

You need to choose from two installation type – Quick installation or Custom Installation. You may want to choose Custom Installation. Uncheck the first and third options while the second remains checked.

Next screen is to select the components to install. By default, all the components include UXTheme Patch, related files and extras items will be installed. Just keep them checked and click Install to begin the installation process.

After successful installation, restart your computer for the Android ICS Skin Pack to take effect.

To revert the changes, there is a one-click Uninstall option to get back to your default Windows look. Alternatively, you can create a system restore point before installing this skin pack, then use the restore point to get back to your default Windows look.
