Are you a huge fan of HTC, the world’s renowned smartphone maker? Do you think you know all the important events of HTC Corp over the past 13 years? FYI, HTC Corp was founded in 1997. In the early days, the company made smartphones based mostly on Microsoft’s Windows Mobile OS. In 2008, HTC began manufactured Android-based smartphone and in 2010, built smartphone for Windows Phone OS.
Among the important events are designing world’s first touch & wireless devices (1998), world’s first 3G Windows Mobile smartphone (2005), in 2006, added GPS capability to smartphone and released world’s first Google Android smartphone in 2008.
