Samsung Galaxy Note to Go On Sale in Malaysia this November 111 min read

The much-anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note is expected to hit Malaysia market on this November 11! In conjunction with launch, Samsung will hold a roadshow in three areas : Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Bahru. At the moment of writing, no pricing has been revealed yet.

Here are the locations of the roadshows:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Bukit Bintang Entrance, Pavilion
  • Penang: South Side, Queensbay Mall
  • Johor Bharu: AEON Tebrau

As for the hardware specification, the Samsung Galaxy Note is a 4G LTE device that features a massive 5.3-inch HD Super AMOLED WXGA screen display (1280×800 resolution), runs a 1.4GHz dual-core processor with 16GB of internal storage memory (expandable with a microSD card, up to 32GB). It runs Android Gingerbread 2.3 OS with Samsung Touchwiz/ Samsung Live Panel UX overlay, and is powered by a 2,500mAh battery.

In the camera department, Galaxy Note carries a 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and capability to capture 1080p Full HD video. On the front, it has a 2-megapixel camera for video calling.

On top of that, Galaxy Note comes with a S-Pen stylus, which offers precise, fast and rich input similar to an actual pen. With the S Pen, you can easily sketch drawings, write notes, circle elements, sign documents and much more.
