The Samsung Galaxy Note II will go on sale in Malaysia earlier than the consumers in the US. The phablet will arrive in the US on October 24, whereas Malaysians should be able to get their hands on the Galaxy Note II less than a week before.
According to the insider information from Malaysianwireless.com, if it is to be believed, the Samsung Galaxy Note II will go on sale on Friday, October 19 for RM 2299. To confirm the details, you have to hear it from the launch event, which will take place this Thursday, October 11.
To recap, Samsung Galaxy Note II sports a 5.5 inch HD Super AMOLED screen display and is powered by a 1.6 GHz Exynos 4 quad-core processor, with 2GB of RAM and three variants of internal memory – 16/32/64GB. As compared to the original Note, Galaxy Note II has larger screen, faster processor, more battery life and added new functionality to the S Pen stylus. Moreover, Note II runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
In addition, all the three major telcos in the country – Maxis, Celcom and Digi are expected to reveal their Galaxy Note II bundling packages.
