Taiwanese phone maker, HTC will be shutting down its free HTCSense.com cloud service really soon to make way for renovation as HTC is looking to improve the service and add enhancements to customer experience.

HTCSense.com is undergoing a renovation to improve the services and value we deliver to customers like you.

Until the new services are ready, features previously available on HTCSense.com will be shutting down. If you have been using HTCSense.com to sync your Contacts, Messages, Footprints or Call History, you can download your data through April 30, 2012. After April 30, your data will no longer be accessible and will be deleted.

So you’ve read it. Now, you have over a month time to download your data from HTCSense.com if you have been using the service to sync your contacts, text messages, footprints or call history. Make sure you backup the data to your computer before the data is completely wiped out from the HTCSense.com.

To download the data backup, simply log in your HTCSense account, hit the “Download” button in the Account Overview section. A .zip file containing your data will download to your computer.
