Female-Oriented HTC Rhyme Smartphone Officially Announced!1 min read

As expected, the female-oriented HTC Rhyme smartphone is officially announced on September 20! The phone will be on sale at Verizon network on September 29 at $199.99 and will reach international markets in October. Read on for more details. 🙂

On the hardware specification, HTC Rhyme features a 3.7-inch WVGA screen display (480×800 resolution), a single-core 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor, 768MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, five-megapixel camera with 720p video recording capability, VGA front-facing camera, and is powered by a 1,600mAh battery. On the software side, Rhyme runs Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread OS with the new HTC Sense 3.5 overlay. More details on the specs here.

On the color variants, the Rhyme should be available in three colors : “Plum”, silver and cyan(?).

Not too much excitement on the specifications, right? But do check out some cool accessories targeted to female users, such as the stylish wired headset (no Beats Audio though), cable-free Bluetooth headset, an armband, a docking station that transforms into an alarm clock and music center, and a charm (attached to the phone) that notifies you of an incoming call or text message, by emitting a soft glow.
