ASUS Malaysia has announced on their Facebook page, that the much-anticipated Eee Pad Slider has finally landed in Malaysia.
ASUS Eee Pad Slider is powered by NVIDIA Tegra 2 1.0 GHz dual-core processor with 10.1-inch LED backlight WXGA (1280×800 resolution) screen display fronted with a protective layer of the Scratch resistant Corning’s Gorilla Glass. The tablet PC runs on Android 3.1 Honeycomb OS(3.2 upgradable) with flash support. On top of that, Slider comes with a built-in slide out QWERTY keyboard.
FYI, Eee Pad Slider comes with two versions, 16GB or 32GB WiFi version. Unfortunately, only the 16GB version is available to Malaysia market and is selling at RM 1,699. In the US, the 16GB version is priced lower at $479 (around RM 1,500).
