On August 21, OPPO Malaysia has officially launched OPPO Care – a new 12-months additional protection plan apart from the original warranty that covers ranging from drop damage to water damage. New OPPO buyers can purchased the plan at RM68 for phones priced under RM1200 and RM98 for new OPPO devices above RM1200.
Within the first 12 months of owning the OPPO device, if at any time the phone is damaged due to unexpected fall, extrusion, collision or water damage, OPPO Malaysia will repair your device for free, with condition that the repair costs incurred does not exceed 85% of the original price of the smartphone. If the repair costs incurred exceed 85% of the phone price, you will need to bear the price differences. OPPO Care service is terminated after the service is completed.
OPPO users may sign up for OPPO Care at any OPPO concept stores in the country. For those who purchased OPPO devices from authorized dealers, you will need to visit any nearby OPPO concept stores along with your device, related certification and documents (including warranty card and receipt) within 15-days from the date of purchase.
