From a Programming Textbook [With Image]1 min read

While reading a programming textbook, you stop at the word, infinite loop, wondering what’s the meaning of infinite loop? So you flip to the very end of the book, into the glossary section. Okay, you’ve found the word, infinite loop.

In the glossary, it reads infinite loop as “A loop that does not terminate. See Loop, infinite.”.

Now, turn over to loop, infinite. It says “See Infinite Loop.”. Again, you see Infinite loop, then see loop, infinite, next infinite loop and so on, it won’t end!  So that’s the meaning of infinite loop. Get it?

How’s about this one? Recursive. Defined as “A function or definition that refers to itself. See recursive.”.

Most probably, some of you may not found this computer science humor funny. But it’s okay. Anyway, have a nice weekend!
