The iPad 2 was officially went on sale on Friday, April 29 in Malaysia and in less than five hours after the launch, the second generation of the iPad tablets has already sold out in all Apple reseller stores throughout the country. So what does this indicates?
Well, this has prove that the demand for the iPad 2 has been amazing in this country thus far. 🙂 Congratulations to all Apple fans who have brought the iPad 2 home and for those who didn’t manage to get the tablet, don’t worry, new iPad 2 stocks is on it’s way to the retail stores near you.
Machines (One of the Apple reseller in Malaysia) said that they are working hard to get iPad 2 into the hands of Apple customers and the new iPad 2 stocks is expected to arrive sometime next week.

P.S. : Not sure when is the new iPad 2 stocks going to be available at other Apple resellers (Switch, Mac Studio, Harvey Norman, etc).
UPDATE (3/5/2011) : Sorry to disappoint. The new batch of iPad 2 stocks has not arrive yet. Perhaps end of this week, according to Machines. 🙂
UPDATE (4/5/2011) : iPad 2 stock (with limited units) has just shipped! Expected to hit the Machines stores in the weekend.
