You can choose to run the update over-the-air (OTA) or via iTunes. The size of iOS 7 update is a huge 900 MB for iPad. 665 MB for iPhone. The size of update varies between models.
Before hitting the Download and Install button, make sure you have backup your data via iTunes or to iCloud. Also, we suggest you to plug your iDevice to the power source while running the update. You don’t want the update to stop halfway due to low battery.
Anyway, have a nice day downloading. At the meantime, you may want to download the official iOS 7 user guide from iBookStore.
