We’ve seen the first press shot of the upcoming HTC’s flagship Android smartphone – the HTC One or formerly known as HTC M7. Now, we are looking forward for the press event on February 19 in New York, where HTC is going to officially introduce the HTC One to the world! Hurray!
HTC even put up a countdown timer to the February 19 press event on its HTC US website. Well, it’s not just a boring countdown timer. Every time the countdown timer ticks to 51, 41, 31, 21, 11, or 1 second, the digit ‘1’ will turn green and the background shows off an image of a phone, in this case, it’s the HTC One.
HTC One is rumoured as a 4.7-inch 1080p full HD Android smartphone with FHD screen at pixel density of 468ppi. The LTE-ready smartphone is powered by a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor, 2GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. It is equipped with a 13MP rear shooter with f/2.0 and 2MP front facing camera. Both cameras are capable of shooting 1080p video. HTC One runs on Android Jelly Bean with Sense 5 overlay.
