Google has began rolling out the latest version of the Google Play Store app, the same version that resides in Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, to all Android users.
Whether your Android device is running Jelly Bean or not, your Play Store app will all be updated to the latest version (v3.7.13). The installation is automated and carried out in silent mode.
In version 3.7.13, you should notice minor UI changes. Apart from that, you should able to access magazines as well as purchase movies from the Google Play app. However, only users from certain countries can access the features.
