ASUS’s first ever phablet – the 6-inch Fonepad Note FHD 6 will hit stores in Malaysia this coming October.
Fonepad Note FHD 6 made its first appearance in Computex Taipei 2013 back in June and earlier today, the phablet was showcased to media members at ASUS Malaysia “We Transform” press event earlier. Thus far, there is no details on the pricing and exact availability.
To recap on the specs, Fonepad Note sports a 6-inch Full HD Super IPS+ screen display with 1920 x 1080 resolution and 450 nits brightness. It is powered by a dual-core 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z2560 processor with 2GB of RAM and storage size of 16GB or 32GB. 5GB of free lifetime ASUS WebStorage is also included.
Other features include a 8MP rear camera, a 1.2MP front-facing camera, dual front speakers, dual microphones and a 3,200 mAh battery. The phablet has a built-in 3G radio and runs Android 4.2.
