Taiwanese mobile maker HTC’s Sensation XL – the second HTC smartphone to feature Beats Audio – is now on sale at DiGi Malaysia. Under the DG Smart Plan, you can purchase the smartphone from as low as RM 1,399. The retail price for Sensation XL is RM 2,099.
Sensation XL sports a massive 4.7-inch WVGA Super LCD screen display (480×800 pixels) with sleek 9.9 mm exquisite and dust proof aluminium uni-body design, runs a single-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm processor with 768 MB of RAM and a huge 16GB of internal phone storage (up to 12.64GB of usable storage). Unfortunately, the storage cannot be expandable with a microSD card.
The Android smartphone runs Gingerbread 2.3 OS with HTC Sense 3.5 overlay. It packs 1,600 mAh battery. Other features include 8-megapixel rear camera and 1.3MP front-facing camera. The smartphone is bundled with a pair of custom-made Beats by Dr. Dre headphones (called urBeats).
The smartphone pricing varies depending on the data plan and the contract duration that you prefer. For DG Smart Plan 48, you can purchase the HTC Sensation XL for RM 1,599 on 24-months contract, RM 1,749 for 12-months contract. Meanwhile, the Sensation XL is priced at RM 1,399 when you tie yourself to 2-year contract under the DG Smart Plan 68, RM 1,649 for 1-year contract.
There is an easy payment plan where you pay monthly installments to your bank for 24 months at 0% interest. Moreover, the smartphone can purchased online via the DiGi Online Shop.
By subscribing to DG Smart Plan 68 under the 24-month contract, you can enjoy savings of RM 120, in which RM 10 will be credited into your monthly bill for 12 months.
