Google has announced its fourth Nexus smartphone – the Nexus 4. The latest flagship device from Google is developed together with LG, also the first assignment given to the Korean company.
Google Nexus 4 sports a 4.7-inch True HD IPS Plus display with 1,280 x 768 resolution. It is protected by scratch resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 2. In addition to that, Nexus 4 is powered by a 1.5-GHz Snapdragon S4 quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and two choices of internal storage – 8GB or 16GB.
Other notable features include 8MP rear camera, 1.3MP HD front-facing camera, NFC, HSPA+ and wireless charging. Also, Nexus 4 runs the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with latest Google apps.
In Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, you get to use the improved version of Google Now (it’s now built-in or pre-installed with Nexus 4), updated Gmail app, swype-like Gesture Typing, Photo Sphere (snaps photos at every direction or 360-degree) and support for wireless display on Miracast-compatible HDTV.
