I’ve also made something similar for Windows Mobile as well. But it does so much more (changes wallpapers, or themes, or runs apps etc and lot more options).

I usually change my wallpaper once every few weeks out of boredom lol
But don’t want to change it on every log on

Damn! That’s a lot of wallpaper changing going on! It would have been nice if they had an option to change it after “X” number of restarts. Every reboot is too much for me.
