Hard Drive Powerwash is a Windows utility that clean up your hard disk by removing file clutter from your system drive, external drives or network drives. File clutter refers to files created by applications for temporary use. Often when the temporary files are no longer needed, they are not removed, hence taking up more spaces from time to time on your system. Well, it’s important that you remove this clutter to improve your PC performance and to protect your privacy.

This freeware allows you to perform three types of cleanup : Drive, Internet and Custom Items cleaning. For drive cleaning, your hard disk will be scanned for more than 50 types of unnecessary files. The internet cleaning will check and delete your internet tracks including cookies, typed URLs and other form data for Internet Explorer and Firefox. Custom items cleaning allows you to add custom file types or custom folders for cleanup.

Remove File Clutter, Temporary Files from Hard Drive

In the main window, select the cleaning process that you want to perform or you can choose to run all at once. Then, click on the “Analyze” button.

Choose Cleaning Option

Hard Drive Powerwash will scan for unnecessary files and display the result. You can delete all the file clutter or uncheck any files that you don’t want to delete.
