Traffic stat for December 2009 : 81,809 unique visitors and 124,361 pageviews. Yes, I’ve finally broke my 100k pageviews target! Next milestone is to hit 200k pageviews a month!

The traffic source are as below :

Search Engines : 48,996 (59.89%)
Referring Sites : 24,065 (29.42%)
Direct Traffic : 8,515 (10.41%)
Other : 233 (0.28%)

Blog Earning Report

The uptrend in traffic also translate in the money made online for last month. I hit another new high of USD$ 680.70 last month!

Here is the breakdown of my earnings for December 2009.

Google Adsense : $ 498.64
Infolinks : $ 133.82
Affiliate Sales : $ 40.06
Asterpix : $ 8.18

Top Content of the Month

Last month, I received many hits for my Christmas posts and new year 2010 wallpaper post. That’s why I was able to break 100k pageviews last month. As for this month, I have feeling that the traffic wouldn’t sustain at 100k level (downtrend is waiting for me), unless I can come out with posts that can attract many searches and hits. Any idea?

Also in the end of last month, I’ve tried on a new program, called Asterpix. This program allows readers to discover relevant content and in the same time, generates additional revenue to you. Asterpix put up an “Explore Related Content” box with a list of most related search phrases next to my blog content. I guess some of you may already noticed it. When you click on one of the search phrases, you will be taken to search pages hosted by Asterpix, with search results only showing your blog content.
