Feed Compare is an interesting web service that allows you to compare your Feedburner subscriber numbers with other blogs and websites especially with your niche sites. This feed comparison application allows you to compare up to 4 different feeds at a time and displays the results in a nice line graph. It is useful to keep track of your feed count as well as other blogs’ feed counts in a timeline (up to 24 months).
To use Feed Compare, simply type in the Feedburner feed name e.g. mytechquest or full Feedburner Feed URL, e.g. http://feedproxy.google.com/mytechquest (click to subscribe to my feed
), of the blogs that you would like to compare, into the text box. Then, click on the “Compare” button.
A mouse over on the line graph will show the number of subscribers at a particular date.
