Speed Dial for Chrome is an extension that replaces the default new tab page in Chrome with your predefined visual bookmarks.

Instead of displaying thumbnails of the most commonly visited web sites, you get to add your own list of favourite web pages in speed dial page. After installed, a Speed Dial icon will appear at the very right corner in the address bar.

Click the icon and select “Add this page”  to add a web page to the speed dial. Clicking the open button will open the Speed dial page to access your visual bookmarks.

On the Speed Dial page, you can use drag-n-drop to change the thumbnail position.

Speed Dial lets you set the number of dials in the page, customize the page look from a predefined themes or set a background image.

Plus, you can choose to enable/disable the search box, bookmarks bar, recently closed tab bar, page title and the options button from the page.
