Introducing Wise Folder Hider, a freeware tool that enables you to hide any file or folder in not only Windows 8, but also in Windows 7, Vista and XP operating systems. Moreover, it has the ability to hide removable devices such as USB drives and supports double password protection. A primary password to login the program, while the secondary password to lock and unlock the file or folder.
On the first run, you are prompt to specify a login password to access Wise Folder Hider.

That are three methods to hide files or folders. You can either use the drag and drop method or click the relevant buttons in the main interface to locate the file or folder. You can hide file or folder using right-click context menu. Note that you do use the context menu when you are not running Wise Folder Hider.
The files or folders added to the screen will automatically hidden.
For extra layer of security protection, you can add password to the hidden file or folder. Simply select the Set Password option from the drop down menu, then specify the password.
