The latest beta version of WhatsApp Messenger for Android (v2.9.2363) comes with a new interface design. A new holo-themed interface, to be exact. The following images compare the interface between current WhatsApp and the new WhatsApp Beta.
Feel like trying out the new redesign, you can proceed and download the free APK file at WhatsApp website. Don’t download the app from Google Play Store, because the app hasn’t been updated to latest beta version.
Note that WhatsApp Messenger is only free for one year, to continue using the app after the free trial period, you need to fork out 99 cents/year.
